Biography
Michael D. Finn is the founder of Finn Law Group and the driving force behind its consumer-focused practice. With more than half a century at the bar, he has built a career on a straightforward principle: that ordinary people deserve capable, honest representation when they are up against far larger and better-funded adversaries.
His practice concentrates on timeshare cancellation, consumer-protection law, and the resolution of disputes through negotiation and mediation. Having watched the timeshare industry evolve over decades, he brings a rare depth of institutional knowledge to the contracts, sales practices, and developer relationships at the center of his clients’ cases.
A certified circuit-civil mediator and a licensed real-estate broker in both Florida and Michigan, Mr. Finn approaches each matter with equal parts legal rigor and practical judgment. He previously served on the board of directors of the Florida Timeshare Owners Group, advocating against legislation that would have weakened protections for timeshare owners.
